Alternative Footwear

Hey!

So I'm a huge fan of shoes, I own about 60-70 pairs at the moment (yes, storage is a huge problem) and the collection is expanding! I don't really believe in casual footwear or casual clothes to be honest. I'm quite lazy so I know that I'll end up defaulting to black leggings and a huge hoodie on most days so for me only having 'out there' clothing means I rarely have dressed down days. I don't know I guess I just feel like I'm not myself if my look isn't complete. Anyway back to the point about shoes! I recently bought a pair of Demonia Charade 28's (hopefully I'll do an outfit post with them soon) and that got me hunting for all kinds of alternative footwear which I'm going to share in this post.

First, Demonia. Obviously.

The shoes are in the style of goth, punk and steampunk usually with a huuuuuge platform. I've heard that some they aren't that comfortable and can get worn out easily but it honestly depends on the type of shoe.

Next, New Rock.

Again, sort of a goth/punk style shoe but boots can rock with any style.

Then we have Antaina (stylized as an*tai*na) **EDIT** I have been made aware this shop sells replicas of Japanese shoe brand Antenna! So if you're okay with replicas then this shop is okay **EDIT**

The range of style is a bit more varied but I think they fall under lolita, cosplay and punk. The pictures I've chosen are just a small part of the enormous selection they have on their taobao store.

Next, the shop Glitzy Wonderland on eBay.

These again are more punk or maybe even gothic lolita?

RTBU on eBay. **EDIT** This shop also replicates originals **EDIT**

They cover pretty much every Japanese street fashion from Decora to lolita to Visual Kei!

Finalllyyy Bodyline!

A lolita favourite for obvious reasons, cheap shipping and super cute shoes!

I hope this helped in your search for cool alternative footwear!

Choom xoxo
