River Island Pink #FashionFinds

This season, pink has been dubbed the 'hottest hue' which is great for all the pastel lovers out there! Since January, I think River Island have really delivered and really made the most out of it, especially in the shoe department.

River Island is the best right now if you're looking to diversify an outfit. The weather still isn't all that great at the moment so any splash of colour will brighten up anyone's day. Pink is automatic pastel kawaii perfection and I think even a whole outfit with mostly/all of the colour pink can do no harm! I am obsessed with platforms and flatforms so when combined with pink it makes the shoe even better! Pair any pink item with a light blue for the perfect combination or if that look is a bit too sweet for your taste, pink and black is also a killer combo. 

The two tone pink cleated sole extreme platform is really cool and easy to walk in. I bought them but I felt that they didn't look right on me as I have very small ankles and so the top was flapping around my ankle and looked a bit odd. However, I still stand by the shoe as it's a fabulous colour and super cute for Spring/Summer.

I also own the heart drop earrings, leather jacket and jeans. The earrings are a darker pink in real life than what they appear in the picture as are the jacket at jeans. I do find that the colours on the website are never quite the same but maybe it's to do with my screen resolution more than anything else?!
